Description

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to take on a key
leadership role. In this position, you'll be responsible for inspiring
our creative team, driving innovation, and cultivating high-impact
partnerships with our clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a
  related discipline.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies.
• Working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing,
  email marketing, and Google Analytics.
• Up to date with the latest digital tools, technologies, and social
  media trends.
• Experience managing clients and leading or coordinating with teams.
• Strong communication abilities, along with excellent problem-solving,
  strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships to establish
  trust and credibility.
• Assess client requirements through in-person or virtual meetings to
  define their digital goals.
• Present effective social media strategies and provide training to
  clients when needed.
• Execute tasks directly or delegate responsibilities effectively across
  the team.
• Oversee clients’ online presence and identify areas for improvement.
• Review and approve workflows.
• Manage project tools such as ClickUp and Trello, along with
  communication platforms.
• Analyze digital advertising performance and prepare detailed weekly or
  monthly reports.
